I come to your home and walk through every room with you. I point out exactly what buyers will notice, what needs attention, and what you can leave alone. This is not a generic checklist. It is specific to your home and your situation.

After the walkthrough, we sit down and talk about your numbers. Can you invest in a few improvements? Are you selling as is? Whatever that looks like, I help you make that determination. Then we pick a listing date and build a plan from there.
